OutWest is an activewear brand launched in 2023 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. What started with colored pencils and printer paper in an unfinished basement has grown into a company with a unique perspective on the activewear industry.

Accepting our humble beginnings and focused on starting a company in the clothing space, we noticed that most successful lines don't just make clothes; they build brands by filling a void in the market or doing something better than their competitors.

Determined to stand out, we knew we needed a strong purpose behind our clothing while staying true to who we are and elevating the customer experience.

Our home, the heartland, the flyover states, is often overlooked, but we see it and draw inspiration from the people who make it great. Many brands tell us a person’s worth is tied to the cost of their wardrobe, but our background tells a different story—less can absolutely equal more.
